The Market State for the coming days

Dubai General Index

The general index achieves the last week the range of 749 and the low trend shows the pressure
of selling against moving to high index ranges as 770.

What's happening?

There was a high selling pressure againt reaching the range of 770, added on that a fast rising of some
shares such as AMLAK and a balanced increase like EMAAR. Most shares achieved their targets and goals or lets
say most shares reached to their resistance points such as AMLAK reached 11.30 then regressed because
of the high pressure on the old 11.50 resistance.


To where?

Now the General Index started to descend a bit and there are some support points expected to
hold it like 690 and next one 675, and the previous one is an important point hoping it is the
end and last low trend point ( now we are in the peak of the previous wave ). There for it would
be an unstable on a high scope ranges between 770 and 675 and 590 if it couldn't stay above
675 to form a bottom price and gives it a fast return up.

i can see positive signs throughout the coming 2 months, Allah rose more knowledge.

Many thanks for your sound analysis. However don’t you agree that market index is not totally depended on Emaar and Amlak (though Dubai market ascends and descend on Emaar and have significant affect to the daily transaction)

Other shares with high value such as NBD and Aman Insurance also play a big roll in the direction of the index trend. Let us hope that market takes better shape from tomorrow

What do you think the market trend will be after introduction of (Tamweel) and (du – New Telecommunication) to the market by next week. Would all attention be focused on these two new shares meaning that other shares may be affected

as we described the market we didn't show that Emaar and Amlak are the only shares in the market but we mentioned them as an examples of a separated movement in the market so the market will take a specific behavior depends on the last move. It will retest the lows or points near them and consolidate to consume the selling power so that it can establish a strong base to start a huge uptrend wave inshallah
